Hi my sweeties,
How about a cake recipe to brighten your weekend, I hope you like it. kisses
Que tal uma receita de doce para alegrar seu fim de semana. Eu espero que vocês gostem. Beijinhos

For the cake
  • 1lb 2oz (500g) dark chocolate
  • 11 tbsp unsalted butter, plus more for the pan
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp flour, plus more for the pan
For the raspberry coulis
  • lb 10oz (750g) raspberries, plus more to serve
  • 2–3 tbsp confectioner's sugar
To serve
  • crème fraîche or whipped cream
Make the chocolate cake
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Butter and line a 9in (23cm) springform pan with parchment paper. Sprinkle in 2–3 tbsp flour, turn and shake to coat, then tap to remove excess. Coarsely pulse the chocolate in a food processor. Cut the butter into pieces, and put them in a large heatproof bowl with the chocolate. Set over a pan of hot, but not simmering, water. Stir until melted and smooth. Let cool, stirring occasionally.
  2. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks into a chocolate mixture with the wooden spoon, until evenly mixed. It is vital that the chocolate should be cool before you attempt this, or the eggs will cook and separate the mixture.
  3. Put the egg whites in a scrupulously clean metal bowl, and beat with a whisk or electric mixer, until stiff. Add the sugar; continue whisking for about 20 seconds, until glossy, to make a light meringue.
  4. Stir the flour into the chocolate mixture, then fold in one-third of the egg whites to lighten it. Fold in the remaining whisked egg whites in 2 batches. Transfer to the cake pan. Tap on the work surface to knock out any air bubbles. Bake for about 20 minutes, until crusty on top but soft in the center. Let cool completely in the pan, set on a wire rack. When cold, chill for 2 hours. Unmold and peel off the paper.
Prepare the raspberry coulis
  1. Pick over the raspberries, washing them only if they are dirty. Put the raspberries in a food processor or blender. Pulse the raspberries in the machine until they are puréed. Add confectioner's sugar to taste. Purée again until the sugar is evenly blended.
  2. Push the puréed raspberries through a sieve into a bowl to remove the seeds. Discard the seeds. If making in advance, wrap tightly, and store in the refrigerator, being sure to bring the coulis to room temperature before serving.
Finish the cake
  1. Using a serrated knife, cut the cake into 8 wedges. Set 1 wedge in the center of each plate. Dipping the knife in hot water between slices makes it easy to cut neat wedges. Ladle a small pool of raspberry coulis on to each plate, near the tip of the wedge of cake.
  2. If you like, dip the tip of a small knife into some heavy cream, and drizzle a curved line on the coulis. Pull the tip of the knife across the cream to make a feathered design. Decorate each plate with a few whole raspberries, and serve with crème fraîche or whipped cream.

Hi sweeties, Sunday is a good day to lunch with your family. So this is the recipe today. Bon appetite

Prep Time: 25 min
Difficulty: Complex

  • 1 chicken, weighing about 3 1/2lb (1.6kg)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1lb 10oz (750g) onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3–4 tbsp Cognac
  • 1lb 2oz (500g) mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 bouquet garni, made with 5–6 parsley stalks, 2–3 thyme sprigs, and 1 bay leaf
  • 2 tsp juniper berries, gently crushed
  • 2 1/2 cups beer
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
  • leaves from 1 small bunch of parsley, finely chopped

Cut up the chicken
  1. With a sharp knife, cut down between one leg joint and the body. Twist the leg sharply outward to break the joint, then cut through it and pull the leg from the body. Repeat for the other leg.
  2. Cut closely along both sides of the breastbone to loosen the meat, then split the breastbone. Turn the bird over on to its breast and cut along one side of the backbone. The bird is now divided in half.
  3. Cut the backbone and rib bones in one piece from the breast half where they are still attached, leaving the wing joints attached to the breast.
  4. Cut each breast in half diagonally so a portion of breast meat is included with the wing. Cut each leg in half through the joint between thigh and drumstick. Cut off any sharp bones.
Cook the stew
  1. Season the chicken pieces. Heat the butter and oil in a casserole dish until foaming, and add the chicken, skin-side down. Brown them for about 5 minutes. Turn and brown the other side. Transfer the chicken to a plate.
  2. Add the onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10–15 minutes, until soft and well browned. Sprinkle with the flour and cook, stirring, for 1–2 minutes, until the flour is just lightly browned. Return the chicken to the pan in a single layer.
  3. Add the Cognac. Standing back, ignite the alcohol with a lighted match. Baste the chicken with the Cognac until the flames subside; it should take 20–30 seconds.
  4. Add the mushrooms, bouquet garni, and crushed juniper berries. Pour in the beer, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 40–50 minutes, until the chicken is tender when pierced and the juices run clear.
  5. Discard the bouquet garni and skim off excess fat from the surface with a large metal spoon. Stir in the cream and bring back just to a boil. Taste for seasoning and adjust if needed, then sprinkle with the parsley.

 Hello my sweeties,
Today I will talk about my favorite subject, ''Hair''.
The society imposes us that to have a perfect hair  is necessary to go on salon and spend a lot of money. The salon is important to have a beautiful hair, ''yes it is''.
But not all Woman can afford to go to the salon, sometimes they do not have money or time to go to the salon. But do not worry because you can have your hair dream even at home, just follow these tips I'll give that you will have a hair to make envy. I hope you enjoy it.

1- Have a perfect wash
It may seem weird, but it worth apply conditioner on the tips before entering the bathroom. This prevents to the shampoo drying out the hair, since the time required to wash the scalp is greater than the hair tips. The cream  avoid wear it.
2- Avoid washing your hair with hot water
"Hot water could  damage or dry your hair because it takes away all the oil from the scalp". Furthermore, the high temperature also worsens the called frizz

3- Activate the hair  brightness
A great trick for your hair reflect light is to make the last rinse with cold water. It helps to close the cuticle of the hair, and, therefore, leaves it even brighter.
4- Beautiful hair as in SALON
Do you know the secret of washing the hair salon? Massage. Professionals wash  your hair calmly enough, because besides removing all dirt and grease, and stimulate circulation in the scalp, increasing the number of nutrients that go into the cells.

5- Rinse very well the hair

Do not leave residue of conditioner in the strands. Instead of moisturizing, leave an heavy appearance. Take the test: after the last rinse, twist the hair - if the hand slide easily, soak them again until you feel the texture of them.
6- Diet leaves your hair strong, soft and shiny
Do you know that your diet is also responsible for the strength of your hair? "Gives preference to dark green vegetables, eggs and foods with vitamin A and C, such as carrots, liver, orange and tangerine". Lean meats, banana, almond and tomato also leave the hair softer. Eight glasses of water a day will also help. The fish, milk and dairy products - for having calcium - leave the hair shiny.

7- Massage the hair carefully
With cream on the palms, rub well the hair from top to bottom. This movement is known as "gloving" and causes the product to reach  best the hair. " It allows the fibers to realign and reposition the cuticle. On this way, we obtain a perfect result".
8- Tricks to say goodbye to frizz
Natural appearance: passing the flat iron in the ends, turn the unit out or inside. This prevents them from getting spiky.
No frizz: have curly hair? Use diffuser coupled to the dryer.
No hands: nothing to rub  hand in your hair. To end up with frizz hair, use silicone-based cream.
To end the brush or flat iron, turn the cold blast of air from the dryer to finish the electricity.

Has  a brilliant recipe to give more brightness without increasing oiliness: Dilute two tablespoons (soup) of apple cider vinegar in a quart of water. If you want, ping two drops of the perfume of your choice into the mix. Use the mixture on the hair along with the water of the last rinse. To further control the oiliness, not consume fatty foods.
10-The right dye for your hair
Depending on the color of your skin, some shades should not be used. For example the black women like me, do not combine with white blond, they should choose reddish tones. Descendants of Arabs who have more greenish color, do not look good with gold tone. Eastern and crossbred can not use gray colors - is better to opt for brown. The white women  are free to choose all colors.
