Two fantastic cake recipes

I hope you like this recipes, is very simple and easy to make for your family.

Chocolate mousse pie

Ingredients
Cake
3 packages of wafer cookie, chocolate flavor
200 g margarine
Filling
300 gr of melted semi-sweet chocolate
1 can of cream
1 teaspoon unflavored, uncolored gelatin
5 tablespoons cold water
4 whipped egg white
3 tablespoons sugar

Icing
300 gr of melted white chocolate
1 can of cream
 milk chocolate, enough to decorate

Preparation
Cake
Mix with the ground wafer to the margarine at room temperature. Line the bottom and sides of a large rectangular baking dish and put it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Filling
Melt in  a saucepan the dark chocolate mixed with the cream, also add the gelatin powder (unflavored) dissolved in the cold water. Beat the egg whites and add the sugar. Gently add the melted chocolate and place on top of the cake.
  Icing
Melt in a saucepan the white chocolate mixed with cream. Place on top of the mousse and garnish with black and white chocolate flakes.

Ingredients
7 eggs
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup margarine
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup water
1/2 envelope gelatin powder
300 g of chopped chocolate milk
1 can of cream
Chocolate confectionery

Preparation
Preheat the oven to  200 ° C.
Prepare the cake: beat 4 egg yolks, 1, 1/2 cup of sugar, margarine and cocoa powder in a mixer.
Add the milk, flour and baking powder sifted.
Add 4 whipped egg whites.
Place in a baking tin of 24 cm diameter, greased and floured.
Bake in the oven  for 30 minutes or until, sticking a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool, cut a cake in two (about 1/3 of the cake height) and set aside.
With a knife, remove the middle of the cake, leaving a cavity of 2 cm side and bottom.
For the marshmallow in a saucepan, mix 1 cup of sugar and water.
Bring to a simmer, no stirring, until become a  syrup.
Meanwhile, beat 3 egg whites and stirring constantly, add the syrup little by little.
Beat to give  point of marshmallow.
Let cool and add the gelatin, prepared according to package directions.
Place the marshmallow into the cavity of the cake and place the another piece of cake.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for  1 hour.
Prepare the topping: Melt the chocolate in a saucepan  and add the cream.
Let cool and cover the cake.
Decorate with chocolate sprinkles and serve.
