To bring the effect of the beauty salon to the hair at home, is something that many products promise to us women. That's because we want to, at all costs, have silky hair, with motion and brightness. And the care can start in your - some ingredients that you have in your kitchen works  nicely in your hair, a little care and patience in the time of application and can expect: the transformation is done at home!!!!!

For rebellious hair

What you need
10 drops of split ends repair
1 leaf of aloe vera 
Saran wrap
Shampoo (salt free)

Conditioner 

How to prepare 
First, mix the split ends repair with the sap of the aloe. Merge enough until smooth.

How to use

Apply the mixture throughout the length of the your hair. Avoid running at the root. Cover with  saran wrap as a cap. Let stand for 30 minutes and rinse with warm water. Wash with shampoo and conditioner.

For voluminous hair
What you need

1/2 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon of olive oil
 Shampoo  (salt free)
 Conditioner  of your preference 

How to prepare 
In a container with the shampoo. Apply conditioner and rinse well. The mixture will take the frizz.

How to use
Apply the mixture of avocado  and olive oil throughout the length of the your hair. Let stand for about 30 minutes. If you want to use a thermal cap it is ok. Rinse and wash with shampoo. Apply the conditioner and rinse well. The mixture will get the frizz.

For dry and damaged hair 

What you need

1/2 cup of green tea
1 tablespoon of grape seed oil 
1 teaspoon of  clay
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of aloe sap
1 tablespoon of bitter cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of ground crushed hazelnuts
1 cup of plain yogurt

How to prepare 
Combine all ingredients in a clean container.

How to use
Apply the cream and leave it for 1 hour. Rinse with cold water. Then make  rinse again with green tea.

To Brittle hair

What you need
3 drops of lavender essential oil
3 drops of lemon essential oil
3 drops of essential oil of sandalwood
1 bottle of shampoo of your choice
conditioner

How to prepare 
Place in pot shampoo with  essential oils. Shake well.

How to use
Every time you wash your hair, shake the shampoo with the oil and use it across the head. Leave it for 30 minutes and wash then apply a conditioner.

For shine and brightness

What you need
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of Canola Oil
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
 2 tablespoons of honey
 Shampoo and conditioner (of your preference)

How to prepare 
Place all ingredients (except the shampoo and conditioner) in a pan over low heat. Stir well until warm. Switch off and allow to cool.

How to use
Apply the mixture (already cold) on the hair and make scalp massage for ten minutes. Rinse well and use your usual shampoo and conditioner.

For who like homemade and fresh bread at morning or you cannot live without bread for breakfast, I brought this delicious recipes for you, I hope you like it. Delight yourself.

INGREDIENTS

1 kg of flour
600 ml water
400 g of natural levain yeast  (or 5 g of dry yeast or 15 g fresh yeast)
20 g of salt
10 g of flour enhancer or dough enhancer
Prefer good quality flour, special type or premium. Flour with 12% or more protein dispense enhancers
Italian bread


Preparation

In a container, add flour enhancer, and the this mixture, a bit of water. Then add the natural levain yeast (or dry, or natural substitute).
Tip: for levain not stick in hand, wet it and pull the starter once by placing it in the mix.

Then begin to incorporate the ingredients with one hand. Then add the remaining water gradually and continue incorporating the dough inside the container. Once well aggregated and more homogeneous, arrange the dough on a clean surface, but no flour,  then add the salt to the dough. To knead the dough, start holding one end and stretching it, as if you are tearing it with the palms on the bench, vigorously. Repeat for a few minutes to make it elastic and homogeneous.
Tip: To learn if the dough is at the point, do a test: cut a piece and open it with his fingertips. If a hole is formed, the dough should still be worked

When the dough is elastic, cut into pieces of 500 g, cover them with a common plastic, clean, (not wrap plastic) and let it stand on greased and floured baking tin for 20 minutes. The dough should rest on the format that you will bake it.

Once browned, remove the pan carefully, allow the bread to cool slightly, once they leave very hot oven. The bread keep fresh for 5 days.


INGREDIENTS

1 kg of wheat flour
30 g salt
150 ml of olive oil
20 g of milk powder
3 eggs
45 g of fresh yeast
portuguese bread

Preparation

Add half (500 g) of plain flour and all of fresh yeast in a bowl of an electric mixer. Beat at medium speed for about 10 minutes. Then slow down and add the other ingredients. Beat for about five minutes. Increase  the speed to medium and beat until the dough come off the mixer stem (about ten minutes).
Once it is done, the dough should rest for 30 minutes covered with a clean plastic. After the rest, cut pieces of  370 g to shape the loaves.

Hey girls,
The spots on the face can appear for several reasons: by sun exposure, during pregnancy, due to oral contraceptives, acne etc.
There are some simple and economical recipes for you to prepare at home, your own homemade creams to eliminate the spots.
Do not forget, to avoid spots on the skin, it is better to eliminate the cause that originates the spots, and you should take care about your diet, avoid bad habits such as smoking, use sunscreen, do not take sunbathe when is very very hot etc.
The different recipes I wanna share with, are easy to prepare and have the advantage of not contain aggressive ingredients to the skin. I recommend you to try different recipes to see which fits best in your skin type.
Before application the cream is very important to make a gentle exfoliation in the skin to remove dead cells and enhance its regeneration. You can see some homemade recipes Here.

When you use this creams avoid the sun exposure, because it contains lemon, to not burn your skin.



Homemade facial cream for the  spots

Ingredients 

10 drops of hydrogen peroxide
2 tablespoons of powdered milk
6 drops of vegetable glycerin
5 drops of lemon juice

Mix the ingredients well until it forms a creamy paste, which you apply before bedtime on the skin and let overnight, rinse in the morning.

Ingredients 

2 tablespoons of ground  oats
250 ml water
 1 spoon of lemon juice 

Mix the ingredients and apply this lotion daily for a week, leaving it acting for 15 minutes and then remove with water.
Homemade facial cream for the  spots

Ingredients 

2 tablespoons of orange peel powder
1 spoon of milk
6 drops of vegetable glycerin

Mix all ingredients very well. Apply the cream and leave it until it dries, then remove it with warm water.

Ingredients 
3  spoons of turmeric 
1 of honey
1 egg white
5 drops of lemon juice

Mix good quality honey with turmeric powder and egg white until a form a past . Apply this mask for half an hour and rinse with water.

Ingredients 

1/5  cup of cucumber juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon vegetable glycerin

1/5  cup of rose water
5 drops of vitamin E oil

Mix the ingredients very well and apply this lotion with a spray bottle in the morning and before go to bed in the night. It is not necessary to remove it with water,  it will help to tone the skin.

Lemon is ideal for clear, clean and disinfect the skin, but can be a bit strong if you have a delicate skin, in which case, you can use it mixed with glycerin.

The Aloe Vera is a plant that helps to moisturize the oily skin and also to heal acne scars and wounds. We can use it directly from the plant, or even buy one of the gels that sell in pharmacies or health food stores.

Rose-hip oil is highly regenerating and healing, ideal for dry and mature skin.

Vitamin E which is used as a preservative in many cosmetics, helps us to cleanse the skin, to give it shine and to eliminate marks and stains that we have.


The geranium essential oil has regenerative properties to the skin, so I recommend to add a few drops in your bleaching cream.

I wanna share with you this recipe, and I hope you like it.

INGREDIENTS

1 chopped onion
200 g of Japanese broccoli, cut into little pieces
1 ½ cup of uncooked rice
200 g of cod fish ( soak it in ice water for 2 hours, replacing the water 2 times)
1  diced red bell pepper
4 cups of vegetable broth
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt to taste

oven baked rice with broccoli

 PREPARATION

In a heatproof bowl or a plate that goes in the oven, mix all ingredients and drizzle with half of the melted vegetable broth. Cover with aluminium foil and bake in hot oven (200 ° C), preheated for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and pour the remaining broth. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until the rice is cooked. Serve hot.
