How to make a spa at home

Hey girls,
Has anyone else needed a spa day? I will make mine at home !!! Have a  spa day at home can be as relaxing and beautifying as a day spent in an expensive Spa and doing the same things. Pick a day where there will be no interruptions by turning off your cell phone and lighting some candles, put a soft music, for a suitable environment. Then take a nice hot bath, apply the facial mask and complete the day doing the hand and foot nails.

For body:

Prepare a hot bath.

Fill the bathtub with water at the right temperature, regardless of like it fervent or lukewarm. While the tub is filling, turn off the lights or let in low and light some candles. In addition, you can relax even more by doing some of your favorite things, for example:
Serve some wine or make some tea while enjoying the water.
Put your favorite songs to play.
Light incense.
Take a bathrobe or a very soft towel.

Add bath salts, essential salts and other ingredients in water. This is an excellent way to improve your bath and also provide you the benefits of aromatherapy. No need to limit yourself to the bath salts; feel free to put bath oils, fragrance beads, and everything to help you relax.
If you want, add milk and oatmeal to your bath, as they have a moisturizing effect and are great for dry skin.
Another option is to place almond oil, jojoba or even a spoon of coconut oil. You'll leave the bath with a baby skin.

Massage your aching muscles during the bath. With all the stress and the exhausting work that you do during the week, your back, legs, arms or neck can be very painful. Spend enough time to massage your muscles with your fingers and release tension while soaking up the hot water.

Exfoliate your skin. Use a loofah or a body scrub for the process to be done on your arms, legs, and torso. On leaving the bath, your skin will be very soft, smooth and healthy.
Make a circular and careful motion to remove dead skin.
If you want, shave your legs and other body parts after exfoliation.

Try a mask for the skin. In the Spa, they will offer you the choice between a  mud or algae mask. The first one is not very easy to be done at home, but it's easy to make a mask of "clay" using cosmetic clay. Once you stand on your skin for a few minutes, rinse it and remove. Your skin will be refreshed and soft.
Mix half a cup of cosmetic clay and 2 tablespoons of water to create a consistent paste.
Apply it on your arms, legs, and torso.
Let it dry while filling the bathtub.
Rinse it and get in the bath.

Dry your skin and apply a moisturizing lotion. With a towel, do not rub your skin, and dry, moisturizing with a body lotion or cream that must be applied in your arms, legs, and torso. After the whole body is covered with lotion, put your bathrobe and allow the product to be absorbed into your skin before dressing.

For face:

Gently exfoliate the face. Wet the face with warm water and a facial scrub to remove dead skin(you can see some homemade recipes here). Be sure to make circular and careful motions, since the facial skin is sensitive and can stretch and wrinkle if the process is done abruptly.
The facial scrub also works well. Buy in stores or make your own by mixing the following ingredients: 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of almonds or ground oatmeal and 1 teaspoon of water. Use this mixture to exfoliate your face and rinse with hot water.

Make a face mask. Make masks at home is fun, not to mention that your skin will be as soft as a baby's skin. Facial masks can be purchased in stores or created by mixing common ingredients. Apply it to your face for 15 minutes and then rinse it to remove. See some options that are most known:
Dry skin: Mix 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 tablespoon olive oil
Normal skin: Mix 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 crushed banana
Oily skin: Mix 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of cosmetic clay
See some homemade recipes here.

Moisturize your face. Use moisture in your face applying a good cream on your face to complete the process. You can either buy the cream or apply facial oil, such as jojoba oil, almonds, and argan. They balance the nutrients on your skin without causing acne.
If your skin is too dry, use coconut oil. However, if susceptible to clogged pores, it may cause bones.

For foot
The classic foot baths are perfect for relaxing and activate circulation after exhausting periods, like a workday. To do so, choose a quiet spot and play a calm song. Cover the bottom of a large bowl with marbles, which will have the mission to massage the soles of the feet, and pour warm water, enough to cover the ankles. "Add two tablespoons of bath salts and drops of essential oil such as rosemary, which will combat swelling of the legs"

For hand
Gentle exfoliation
 2 tablespoons  of  sugar
 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation: In a bowl, mix sugar with olive oil. After the bath, with the skin of the hands still wet, apply the paste, making a circular motion. Then rinse.

Homemade hand mask
 l yogurt (200 ml)
 3 fresh strawberries
 1 spoon of wheat bran
 2 tablespoons of honey
Preparation: Place all ingredients in a blender and beat until becoming a homogeneous mixture. Apply in the hands and massage gently for 10 minutes. Remove the application with water. This recipe can be used to hydrate the body if desired.

Remove the old nail polish. Start by removing the old polish of your foot and hand. Use a non-acetone remover, if possible, because it dries your nails.

Wet your fingers. Prepare hot water and place in a bowl, dipping your fingers for five minutes (nails should be fully submerged). In this way, the cuticles and nails will be softer as well, making it easier to cut them.

Trim and sand your nails. Use nail clippers or scissors to make a crescent shape to all your nails, leaving the well-rounded edges. Use a nail file so that they are not pointed and look better as if they had been made for a good manicure.

Apply the nail polish. A good manicure applies the nail polish at least three layers: a base color and one above. Some people prefer to apply more than one color layer to ensure that the entire nail is covered. Let them dry completely between layers to not appearing spots.
The best method is to paint the nails applied once on each side and then fill the middle.
If you want to draw a picture on the nails, do it after applying the colored glaze, through the upper layer to secure it.
