Some brilliant tricks to avoid food waste in the kitchen

Often we threw away in the trash things that could be reused or have extended duration thanks to some super simple measures.
Do you know those Grandma's tricks, which are usually extremely simple, but that make all the difference? Here are some of them, that will certainly help you to avoid waste in the kitchen.
