Today's recipe: Pudding

The pudding is a delight that makes anyone's mouth water. It can be prepared at home, to quickly and conveniently, from the combination of ingredients that are easy to find at any supermarket.
The first time I ate pudding I did not like it so much at the time I ate at a friend's house, and I said I will not eat pudding again in my life. After I took a course from culinary school. And my mother asked me to make a pudding for her, she loved it so much that asked me to make pudding for her every weekend. And now I love so much the pudding, and it is my greatest temptation.

Carrot pudding

Ingredients
750 grams of carrots
200 grams of brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 tablespoon flour
50 g of grated cheese

Chocolate syrup
chocolate powder or chocolate bar
 butter to taste
sugar to taste
2 tablespoons milk or cream
carrot pudding

Preparation
Peel the carrots, or you can rinse thoroughly and use the peel.
Throw carrots cut into large pieces, in a saucepan and bring to boil. Once cooked, put it in a blender and beat.
Then, take the carrot puree to low heat to dry a little. Then, remove from heat and let it cool, add the egg yolks, the flour, brown sugar and, finally, the margarine. Stir well so all ingredients.
In a bowl, pour the egg white, with an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until become a whipped cream.
Add the whipped egg white to the mixture alternating with the grated cheese.
Prepare a baker tin that you will grease with margarine and then sprinkling with flour.
Pour the mixture in that form, and put in the oven to bake.
While the pudding bakes, prepare the chocolate syrup, carrying a saucepan to the simmer, with chocolate and milk or cream. Let it melt, mixing well.
Serve the pudding with hot chocolate syrup.


Milk powder and coconut pudding

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 cups of water
1 cup of coconut milk
2 cups of powdered milk
1 ½ cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of corn starch
coconut pudding

Preparation

In a blender whisk all ingredients. Place in a caramelized tin. Bake in a water bath for about 45 minutes.


Orange pudding

Ingredients:

150 g of Sugar
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
7 eggs
24 oz of milk
2 tablespoons of white wine (optional)
 zest of 1 orange
1 orange peel
caramel to grease the pan
orange slices to decorate
orange pudding


Preparation:

Start by mixing the flour with the sugar.
Then add the eggs one by one, beating between each addition.
Takes the milk to the boil with the orange peel and let boil. Remove the orange peel.
I joined both prepared and add the wine, beating with a wire whisk, until become homogeneous.
Grease a tin ( 24 cm) with caramel, and pour the preparation.
Take it to the oven to bake in the double boiler for about 50 minutes.

Once cooked remove from the oven. You should unmold only when cold.
Serve with orange slices and orange zest.



Curd cheese pudding 

INGREDIENTS

CARAMEL:
150 g Sugar
1.5 dl of cold water

PUDDING :
1 tablespoon of butter
2 dl of milk
250 g sugar
2 tablespoons of flour
6 eggs
1 lemon (zest)
150g cream cheese
3 tablespoons of white wine
cheese pudding

PREPARATION
Prepare the caramel, take to the heat the sugar with a few drops of water. When it get a golden color, add the remaining water. Simmer slightly and remove from the heat. Grease a round  the tin with the shape of 22 cm in diameter, with caramel and set aside. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Add the butter to the milk and let it boil until warm. Separately, mix the sugar with the flour. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and add the egg yolks, the above mixture, and the lemon zest and mix well. Pour the mixture of milk and butter, and also the curd cheese. Then add the wine; mix and set aside.
Beat the egg whites and add the prepared pudding, involving gently. Pour in the tin, already spread with caramel, and bake in a double boiler. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. After the time, remove from  the oven and let it cool. When cold, unmold it and decorate it to taste.

Cheese and Coconut Pudding

1 can of condensed milk
200 ml of milk and 200 ml of coconut milk
3 eggs
150 g of salt-free shredded cheese
50 g of grated coconut
1 tablespoon of corn starch
Caramel:
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of water
pudding

For caramel, place the sugar and water, let it boil stirring until it forms a thick, and clear syrup. Set aside. Beat for a minute, the condensed milk, coconut milk, eggs, cheese, grated coconut and cornstarch. Pour over  a tin greased with caramel, cover with aluminum foil and take to the preheated oven 250 ° C in a double boiler for about 45 minutes.
Unmold just after cool completely and decorate to taste.
