Oven baked ribs with potatoes and pineapple

Oven baked ribs with potatoes and pineapple 

Ingredients
1 chunk ribs (with approx. 1,5 kg)
1 kg of potatoes
1/2 of small pineapple
4 cloves of garlic 
1 beer 
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 Broth
1 bay leaf
Thyme and Black pepper to taste
Salt and chilli to taste

Method of Preparation
Place the meat in a bowl. Season with chopped garlic cloves, the broth, beer, paprika, bay leaf, thyme, pepper, salt and chilli. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
Then place the meat in a pan, drizzle it with the marinade sauce and oil and bake in preheated oven to 180 ° C for 20 minutes. Peel and wash the potatoes, add them to the pan and involve them in the sauce. Peel the pineapple, cut into half slice, add them also to the tray and bake until the potatoes are cooked.
Remove from the oven cut the meat into slices and serve decorated to taste.
